Lesley for Model Number 85420 My over the range microwave is 15 years old. I clean the vents regularly. But the grille vent is very greasy. It also seems that there is a vent in there which really needs to be cleaned. I can find one screw on the right and even though it was very difficult to get at, I was able to unscrew it. But the grille vent seems to be still attached on the left side. I was unable to find a second screw. Where is it located? No where in the manual does it address cleaning this part of the microwave. Can you help?
