Jon for Model Number MAH6700AWW I turn the washer on and once it wants to engage the drum motor starts humming without turning. How do I know if its the drum motor or a control board problems? I took the belt off to see if the drum motor would just spin, but it didn't. Also a few days ago the washer was making a weird sound. Thanks, Jon
Answer Hello Jon. Test the motor. If good, replace the board. Normal resistance is approximately 3.0 O between any 2 pins (1,2 or 3) on motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
