Ron for Model Number MAH8700AWW My washer can't go through a complete cycle without getting hung up with an E3 alarm. When I try to restart the washer, I hear a humming noise 3-4 times like the motor is trying to turn - then it locks up again with an E3 alarm. I ordered and replaced the motor, thinking the problem was caused by a failing sensor. However, the problem still exists. Would you recommend that I replace the control board? If so, please let me know the specific control board I should order. The serial number of my unit is 10303152GE. Thanks.
Answer Hello Ron. If the motor is new, the next thing to check is the bearings in the outer tub. Make sure the inner basket turns freely and the bearings are not bad. If that is good, then the board will need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 17, 2014
