David T. Part #AP4069702 has failed twice at five year intervals! Can I expect the same life from the next one? I'm disappointed in Maytag and even more so in Panasonic!
Answer David, we can not advise that a part will fail in a certain time frame. The manufacturer does manufacture the parts to last however, parts and appliances are both man made and can fail for any reasons. If this is a continous issue I would check other parts as well to ensure they are not the reason that this item keeps failing. Thanks. Read More...
