Hello Sean, The blue wire is the hot wire so it will go on the overload, (small white component). The run capacitor will connect from terminal 1 to terminal 3 on the relay and the orange wire from the condenser fan/evaporator fan/defrost timer will connect to the start relay terminal two. If you look close, you will see that terminals 1 and 2 are electrically the same. For this reason, the manufacturer will commonly not put terminal 1 on the relay. In this case, the additional wire from the capacitor will have to be put on a piggy back terminal on terminal 2.
