Libby Howey for Model Number WRT311FZDW I have this refrigerator in a rental home. After 18 months, I don't recall if the Flexslide Bin is supposed to be attached or just sits on a shelf. After tenants left, I find it sitting on the shelf and it seems strange that it's not under a shelf & attached so that it can be slid in & out for meat storage.
Answer Libby, The W10861806 / W10714006 Pan, Meat should be mounted under the shelf on rails W11051442 / W10694151 Track Rail, Right Hand and W11025586 / W10694149 Track Rail, Left Hand. Once everything is installed correctly, the bin assembly can be moved across the shelf from left to right or anywhere in between, hence the " Flexslide Bin" nomenclature. Unfortunately, the track rails are presently out of stock and will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. This will add a few days to the delivery process, once you place the order. Read More...
