  • Helps address common symptoms like a washer that won't drain, leaves water in the tub, or makes grinding/humming noises from the pump area.
  • Replaces the original drain pump/motor unit to restore normal pump operation when the old unit is worn, clogged, or failing.

Answer

Bigal, You will want to test p5-2 and p5-1 connectors on the control board to make sure the control is supplying voltage when it should be washing for 120 vac. Also, check connectors p10-1 to p7-6 for 120 vac to the diverter valve. I have also found the connector to the wash pump backed out on some units so a quick visual inspection might be worth your while. If you're not getting your voltages then the control would need replaced.
