John for Model Number kud523hbwh0 My Kitchenaid dishwasher does not seem to be washing the dishes any more always need to put the back in for another wash, there is no abnormal noises just not washing the dishes. Is there someway I can check the pump, maybe by dead heading the pump?
Answer Hello John, This is normally not caused by the pump but by the heating circuit. You see, if th4e unit never reaches 140°F, it will never activate the chemical reaction in the detergent and the dishes will never get clean.
