Ryan for Model Number DU1055XTSS2 Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1 Model # DU1055XTSS2. When filling & draining the unit is as quiet as the day I purchased it. However during the wash phase it makes a very loud whining noise. Inspected and removed the chopper then did a test run. Still make the loud whining noise during the wash cycle.Again, drain cycle is super quiet still. I'm thinking the wash motor is going bad. Is this the part that will solve my problem?
