Marsha for Model Number kuds30ixblo my dishwasher would fill, then make a hum noise then automatically cancel itself and drain. Replaced both control panels...didn't help. (will be returning those). partially pulled apart drain on inside bottom of dishwasher. used a screw driver to turn motor and restarted dishwasher. It finally ran but loudly with grinding noise. I think I found my problem. I think that I need a pump motor. Just want to make sure I get the right part. Thanks
Answer Marsha, It sounds like you have a small article jammed in the impeller assembly and it "jammed" the impeller and stalled the motor. The pump and motor is the best way to go, at this point.
