The right front large burner seems to work ok on lower and highest settings, but on setting 8, the unit comes on for a few seconds then goes off for a few seconds continuously. I suspect that infinite switch is bad. Thought I would check with you before I ordered P/N AP4101874. Please advise, Thank you in advance.
Answer Hi Floyd. Yes it does sound like you do need the Infinite switch part # [AP101874]. Is your cooking pans flat on the bottom? you can use a level or a straight edge to check for gaps on your pan bottoms. This will make the element cycle much faster since during use you will have trapped heat in between the top of the stove and your pan bottom. Thank - you. Read More...
