Hello Kmouse. Yes, based on the information you provided, it sounds like the infinite switch WP7403P239-60 is bad on the unit. If there is no control on the temperature and the pilot light is staying on, it is the switch. With the switch turned off, test the terminal on the back of the switch labeled "P" for voltage. If it is there, the switch is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
