Dale for Model Number MFI2269VEW1 Refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling and the display buttons did not work (when i pressed a button all of the LED and the digital display turned on) - i replaced the control board and the refrigerator and freezer didn't cool but the display blinks PEO OOO. I pulled the Compressor Start Device and the starting capacitor out and put 120vac (with a power supply not in the refrigerator) on the leads and measured 120Vac at the output (so part is good). Where do i go from here?
