Answer Hello Bob. You will need to check and see if the damper WP67003903 is broke or not working properly on the unit. Remove the damper from the control assembly and check to see if the door is broke and is not closing. If the door is not broke, test for power coming to the damper. If there is power there, and the door does not close, you will need to replace the damper. If the damper is opening and closing properly on the unit, then you will need to test the thermistor 12002355 in the control panel. It should read around 10K at room temperature. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
