Ron for Model Number KSC23C8EYB02 The area behind the lower drawers in the refrigerator area keeps freezing up. Do you think this is the thermistor, & if so, which one? Whirlpool/Kitchenaid shows 2 different ones.
Answer Ron, You will want to make sure that there in nothing blocking the air duct which could force air down to the lower section. If this is clear then you will want to test the thermistor for resistance of 5K ohms at room temp of 77 degrees. If not within range then you will need to replace the thermistor. Read More...
