Tim G for Model Number GI5FVAXVQ02 Food is freezing in food compartment. Freezer is set at 0, and is actually 10. Fridge is set at 45 and is actually 20. There is cold air coming out the damper. It is spring loaded so is somehow being told to open. I cannot find the location of any thermistor in the fridge compartment. Only the one in the freezer compartment. Why is the damper being opened? Thanks. This is bottom freezer type. Thanks, I replaced the damper and it was definitely acting funny. It's still freezing food. If the thermistor need replaced it is not where you remove the light assembly on this model. Any suggestions? The manual only shows the thermistor in the freezer compartment.Thanks!
