Answer Hello Cuma, the fresh food section thermistor is part W10316760. it is located midway down in front under a louvered plastic cover on the right side wall.. To test it for accuracy you will need a multimeter set to check ohms, disconnect the thermistor put it into ice water and it should read 8.8k at 32 deg. Also check if any food items are blocking airflow to the thermistor. The more likely cause of the fresh food side overcooling is the diffuser being faulty, it is part W10572852. It is located in the upper rear upper section of the fresh food section through which the cooling air flows from the freezer section. Read More...
