Rick for Model Number JGD8348 This Jenn Air cooktop has two sets of two burners. Each "module" slips into the cooktop. Both burners on one module ignite with spark but both burners on other do not have a spark. When I switch the module locations, the original working pair still works and the non-working pair still doesn't work. Do you think I need to replace the Spark Igniter Set (Part Number: PS11744110) that feeds to both or both Top Burner Igniters (Part Number: PS2082000)? I'm guessing the igniter set since both burners are out but suppose its possible the igniters on the burners could have both failed? Thanks
Answer Hello Rick, You should first check for a lost ground to the burner base since the spark jumps to ground to produce the spark. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, April 3, 2018
