Answer

Jessica, The freezer and refrigerator normal temp should be set at 4 on the temp setting. The things that you will want to check is to make sure that the damper is opening and closing. If the damper is open then check the evaporator fan motor. If not running then replace the fan motor. If the damper is closed put into diagnostics and test the damper to see if it opens and closes. If it does not open then replace the damper. If both the fan motor and the damper check ok then you will need to test the thermistor. The resistance of the thermistor at room temp should be 5k ohms of resistance.
