Answer Lou, it would be recommended that the wires found at the door hinge are inspected to identify if there are any broken wires. If there is, the wire would need to be repaired if possible or the door LW10436760 would need to be replaced. If there is not a broken wire, the next step would be to test the dispenser board WPW10397956 for an incoming 120VAC at the light blue wire with the black stripe.
