Michael for Model Number WTW6600SW1 I have a whirlpool cabrio washer. When the washer is turned on a small amount of water comes into the machine at the beginning of the cycle, then lid locks, washer continues through cycle but no more water comes into the machine. The are no fault codes on the control panel. I called customer service last week and was told that it sounds like the valve, so I ordered part and when it arrived I put it on my machine, but this did not help. I also posted this question on the forum and was told it sounds like the control board. I returned the valve and ordered the control board, it arrived today and I replaced the old control board but the problem still exist. Is there anything else I should try to resolve this problem?
Answer Hello Michael. Check and see if the inner basket is moving up and down on the shaft of the unit. If not, and the basket is up, the washer will not fill anymore on the unit.
