Nancy for Model Number RBS305PRQ00 I used the self-cleaning feature on my oven, now it doesn't work. It sounds like it's on because I can hear the fan, but it doesn't get hot. I did this a few years ago and the same thing happened. It was still under warranty at the time so it was repaired by a serviceman. It didn't take long to repair. I can't remember what was replaced. I would like to attempt to do this myself. Can you please help me. Thank you!
Answer Hello Nancy. Check the thermal overload WP9759243 and make sure it is closed for continuity. If so, replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
