Steve for Model Number RBS245PDB8 My Whirlpool built in oven will not bake or broil. The top and bottom elements do not get hot. The display says on and it counts down to preheat but doesn't. Is there a way to check to see if the elements are ok, If not both elements,.... what would it be?
