Nathan for Model Number RBD275PDQ6 Upper oven will not heat or broil. Bottom oven works fine. There does not seem to be any issues with the control board as all works (time/temp choosing...) other than the upper oven not heating. Replaced the sensor for the upper oven. Could it be the thermal fuse? Or is the control board though the bottom oven works perfect. Thanks
Answer Hello Nathan, You should turn the breaker off and test from P18-4 (R) or PP18-1(R) to the red wire at the terminal block. This test should read a complete circuit, (it should read 25O to 55O). If the unit shows no connection, the thermal fuse has opened. There is a thermal fuse for each oven, so this is most likely the issue. Read More...
