Beth for Model Number Whirlpool SM 8525146-A On my Whirlpool washer the water will not stop running in, causing it to spill over. It did this last night causing a huge mess. What could the problem be?
Answer Hello Beth. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch.
