Maureen for Model Number model 110 # 92478100 Water tempature knob when set to any setting that has hot water, hot water will not come into the tub. If it asks for a combination of water the cold water works but hot does not. I can wash on the cold/cold setting. I think it needs a water inlet valave. I could not find a compatible water inlet vlave. Which one should I order? Hope you can help me. Thank You Maureen
Answer Maureen, It does sound like you have a fill valve problem, or a low slow hot water supply. The correct fill valve to order for the model number you supplied [110.92478100] is 285805. It would be wise to "flush" both water supply lines and faucets, so you have proper, and clear supply. Replace the hose washers and screens 285452A and WPY013783 two of each. Read More...
