Ackerson for Model Number 9892770314 When going to start the washing machine no hot or cold water will fill up, but all spin cycles works. Could this be a water valve problem?
Answer Hello Ackerson. Test and see if there is power coming to the water valve to fill the machine. If so, and the water does not work, replace the water valve 285805. If there is no power to the water valve, you may have a bad pressure switch W10339326. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
