Hello Carmen, Yo will want to disconnect the hot water hose from the water valve and check to make sure that it is not clogged. If it is not clogged then you will want to check to make sure that there is 120 vac coming to the water valve when calling for hot water. If there is 120 vac hot water not coming through and the hot water supply is good then the water valve would need to be replaced.
