Shannon My washer will not fill. The water is running into the washer however, the water just drains out of the machine. This happened once before when a moving company installed it. There was a simple fix for it. I just can not recall what it was.
Answer Hello Shannon. It sounds like the unit is siphoning out the water in the unit. Check and make sure there is only 6" of drain hose in the drain pipe. Also, make sure the drain pipe is 36" off the floor in height. You will need to check and make sure the drain hose has an air gap going into the drain pipe. If it is air tight, it will siphon.
