Connie for Model Number Whirlpool LSW9549LW3 Hi, I recently purchased the water inlet valve 285805 for my whirlpool LSQ9549 and installed it according to the video (very helpful thank you!). It worked well for about 3 loads but now, no longer works. There is no cold water during the second washing cycle (we have it on warm/warm). Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks, Connie
Answer Connie, It sounds like you may have an issue with the auto temp control board would be the issue with the unit not putting cold water into the unit. You will want to check to make sure that the inlet screen on the valve is not clogged but the control board would be the most likely cause of failure. Read More...
