Description

This Champion spark plug ignites the air-fuel mixture in the engine so it can generate power. It is composed of a threaded metal shell that is electrically isolated from a central copper electrode by a porcelain insulator. This configuration is designed for increased conductivity and heat control. Spark plugs become dirty and wear out over time. They can also become fouled, which occurs when their tips get burnt or damaged. This is often the case when tools won't start or become more difficult than usual to start.
