Robert S Holland , MI November 20, 2023 Appliance: Thermador Electric/Gas Range PRSE484GGS Burner not working on thermador prse484ggs range Tried to remove the grease tray under the burners to check gas solenoids but the orifice nuts were solidly corroded. I sprayed PB blaster and let sit for 2 days. Then tried to remove nuts with a socket wrench. Felt like they were turning but in reality the entire jet holder was turning and snapping off the gas tubing at the jet holder. Next used a dremel grinder to remove nut heads and then removed the grease trays. Solenoids were good so it's the 00189816 potentiometer. I needed new gas tubes to replace the damaged ones. I found one of the correct lines and ordered it and a longer one. The short one fit perfectly and I reshaped the longer one to work for the second burner. Unfortunately, the part was not available. The next step is to remove the front trim panel and try to repair the part. Thank you for having the tubing at a good value and fast shipping! Read More... Lonnie R Charleston , SC September 28, 2016 Appliance: Thermador PRG304US Burners not working igniters clicking excessively The stove is old and needed numerous repairs. The burners needed new piping, jet holders and solenoids. Appliance pros had a very good diagram of the parts I needed. The only part that Appliance pros did not have was the potentiometer which I purchased from Amazon. I ordered extra parts just in case I needed them. The returns process was simple and easy. Could not have completed the job without Appliance pros diagram and parts selection. Read More...
