Suzanne C Avon , CT June 12, 2016 Washer knob broke so could only use the washer with pliers to turn what was left Ordered the part on line, easily chosen by the schematic which came up with the serial/model number. After reading the part reviews realized it would be easy to replace. Just unscrewed the old piece that was still in the washer using the pliers I already had handy and hand screwed the new one in place. Perfect in less than a minute. Best money I spent in a long time! Thought I might need to get a new machine. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
