How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP2116228 / 240385201 Ice Container

This ice bin was perfect. It is wider and was better than I imagined. I could not find one at Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy or any other appliance store that sold freezers. I was afraid it would be too shallow but it was not. It is 8.5 W x 12.5 D x 4.5 tall in the front at its shallowest height. It holds my three large ice cube trays with a lot of room to spare. Problem solved. Thank You.

Ordered a new one, fit perfectly in the freezer.

Everything came packaged great, pulled the parts out of the box and straight to the unit. 

Fridge was missing a couple of items and of course the tenants say they were missing when they moved in. Looked up the parts and as usual AppliancePartsPros.com had them and for less. Parts were ordered and delivered on time. 

Went to your website and purchased the exact replacement for this refrigerator, rather than redoing the whole kitchen to fit our existing refrigerator.LOL!
