Ken G Keller , TX December 03, 2016 Soap handle and frame was broken The soap handle and frame are two parts. I replaced the frame, which has the tabs that attached to the actual soap dispenser. First, I had to remove the handle latch from the previous frame; which is inside of the frame. Next, install the latch into the new frame, and easily snap the frame on the handle, and snap the handle on the soap dispenser. Read More... Dan S East Dundee , IL August 23, 2016 Front part of soap door fell off There are three parts to this frame make sure you order the right one. The blow up diagram really helped. The parts just snap apart and snap together, it took about 10 minutes to do. So nice to have a soap door that won't fall out now. Read More...
