Mark U Hattiesburg , MS April 13, 2016 Freezer door seal/gasket leaking Replaced with new seal by following packaged directions to reshape seal after shipping with hair dryer laying seal on bed. Worked perfectly. Started at top of door just loosening screws just enough to remove seal. Just do 1/3 of door at a time. As you remove seal, install new seal. Total repair time was about 30 minutes. A little more work than expected as you had to loosen the screws all the way around the door to fit the seal properly. After that the seal was not making contact all the way around, so I heated the seal with a blow dryer and it reformed the seal to make proper contact. Seems to be fine now.
