Leonard J Beachwood , NJ January 02, 2023 The red indicator lens broke and fell out. Then the light behind the lens fell so you couldn't see any light at all. Turned the circuit breaker off and pulled the stove out. I removed the upper back panel put the lens in place then slid the light over the lens to lock it in place and assembled the back panel. Turned the breaker on and everything works good as new. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers

Debra A Holly Springs , NC July 16, 2019 Bought a used stove and it had a missing indicator light lens missing, rear drawer guide, and dirt between the glass in the door I was so impressed with your site! I ordered the parts I needed and you had videos to show exactly how to fix it. The parts went on in 15 minutes but the dirt in the door took longer. The door had to be disassembled and cleaned but it went so smoothly because of your instructional videos on replacing the glass in the door (didn't need new glass but used that video to see how to clean it). I would have figured it out but you sure made it easier and took alot less time than it could have. The parts were excellent and worked perfectly. I didn't have any problems to warn anyone about or any issues at all with the parts I ordered. It was a great experience - I will always recommend this company for anyone with the need for repair or parts. Read More... Wayne M Cumming , GA April 08, 2017 Appliance: Model TAPPEN RANGE Indicator light for large surface burner would not go off bad switch. Replaced switch. The problem I had was while looking at switch the indicator light lens popped. I got on live chat to ask if I had to buy indicator light or could I buy just the lense since I could not find just the lens on their web page. Lady got in touch with their service rep and got back to me with part number for just the lense. Happy ending. I would use these guys again with no problem. Read More...
