The hardest part was literally opening the boxes and walking the old broken parts to the garbage! The lower rack came ready to install. It included the wheels, despite conflicting info on the web site. I removed the old severely rusted and about to break lower rack including the worn out silverware basket by opening the dishwasher door, emptying any dishes or silverware from it. I slid the lower rack out, onto the door. I took a photo (with my phone) of the old parts sitting there in case there was an alignment issue (There wasn't, I am very handy but have learned an extra step up front saves frustration later) I lifted it up and away. I placed the new replacement rack on the open door. I observed that this replacement part did away with the snap on, fold away tines that my old one had. I no longer needed them!. I placed the new silverware basket in the new lower rack, and carefully slid them inside the dishwasher. It slid in, though not as smoothly as the old parts did. That is to be expected as the old parts have been there for 5 years and have worn smooth and thinner. That was two weeks ago. About 15 loads later, I am happy to report that it all works well and the rack slides in ok. Total time MAYBE 2 minutes to slide out and lift out old parts and place in and slide in new parts. NO TOOLS NEEDED.
