Kell P Atlanta , GA September 13, 2017 Oven door not closing properly. The oven original "hinge receptacle" roller wheels were plastic and had broken. I was happy to see that the new/replacement receptacle was built with metal wheels that should last longer. The hinges probably did not need to be replaced, but since I had the oven apart, I went ahead and replaced them. Replacing (2) hinges and (2) hinge receptacles took about 1.5 hours, with cleaning before reassembly, and required no special tools or knowledge. Took the door apart, that was the easy part, BUT putting it back, could not remember sequence of parts. I would suggest take a picture of each piece as you remove them that would help. Also left hinge won't stay aligned in the hinge receptacle. Heating element was easy to replace, but had to remove the back panel to disconnect the wires. That was simple. Parts ordering was easy and shipment quick. Ordered on a Friday, standard shipping put the package at my door by Monday evening. However, the hinge receptacle is still an issue. It cannot be removed and replaced from the front face of the oven. I cannot find a video or disassembly instruction manual for the hinge receptacle replacement for my oven model (FES367ABC). So the hinge binds in the receptacle and I'll use it this way until I learn the correct sequence of how to remove and replace the hinge receptacle.
