Ordered the inner panel for the lid, gasket and clips. I took a rotary tool and cut a notch in a 2” putty knife. Worked great for popping the old clips out. Put the gasket in the utility sink full of hot water while pulling clips. Used the cardboard that protected the new panel to cover the open freezer. After pulling the gasket and inner panel away, took blow dryer and melted all the ice and used towels to absorb the water in the insulation (increased the time of the repair by 3 times) . Put the new gasket on the new panel, using the new clips went together very easily. Much cheaper than having a repairman do it, or a new freezer. Wife can stop nagging me (about the freezer that is).
