The main problem with buying replacement parts for this refrigerator was figuring out which model it was. The sticker inside the machine with the model number had much of its ink wiped away! I found that Frigidaire was very willing to help with this. I was sent different parts lists and diagrams, and along with good discussions led me to the right parts. At that point it was a matter of looking around to see who had all the parts in stock. Frigidaire's parts company was missing one, so I went with appliance parts direct.
I want to add that some companies are very good at this sort of thing,and others are horrible. Sometimes I have been sent new product to replace the one which had failed. Other times even getting an in stock part in their catalog was near impossible. I am very glad to report discovering that Frigidaire is one of the good ones.
