How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP5952301 / 297441904 Shelf

I now have 4 layers of shelving and am using the freezer efficiently. 

I put another shelf in...…. 

Had to buy the 4th shelf. 

Found the serial number of the freezer and googled it to find the right part. 

Ordered shelf from Appliance Parts Pros. I looked on Amazon first but saw same price with someone saying Amazon sent wrong part. Appliance Parts Pros sent correct part and sent it fast. I must wonder why the 14 Cu Ft Frigidaire Freezer has a place for four shelves but only sends three shelves with the unit. Thanks, Appliance Parts Pros. Easy fix. 

Ordered an extra shelf 

Ordered another shelf. 

Slid the tines on side of shelf into holes. 

When delivered I installed it in my upright freezer,
