I removed the cooktop main top. Lifted the foil insulation. Then I had to unscrew the tubes to be able to unscrew the Cooktop Burner Valve which needed to be replaced. Replacing was simple. There is really nothing difficult about this project other than being meticulous and deliberate so as not to damage any of the fragile tubing or losing any of the small screws.
