So my Grandmother's washer dryer combo was leaking and it was leaking from under the tub. After looking it up on YouTube, Matt from AppliancePartsPros.com set me in the right direction to fix the problem. There was another video which outlined the spin bearing (bushing) and washer replacement- and if you have the inner tub removed to replace the tub seal, you may as well undo the drain hose, the motor cover's two screws and the three bolts holding the outer tub to replace the bearing and washer. The hardest part, well there were two, looking at the unit, there are two bolts bolts on the left securing the dryer to the washer that are a bear to remove and reinstall. Stay vigilant. The next, and is not a huge deal, but you need two people to lift the dryer off of the washer. It's not heavy, but awkward. It took about 30 minutes to disassemble, about 10 minutes to install the parts, and about 45 minutes to reassemble everything to working order.
