The motor pulley which is the black plastic gear that attaches to the drum had completely sheared off. Getting it off was so difficult because without any of the teeth holding it in place the whole thing just spun instead of coming off we finally cut/broke it off. After that putting on the new one was super easy and I have clean clothes again!!! Super happy with the fix!!
