How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5617282 / WB16K10079 Cooktop Tri-Ring Burner Assembly

I used a claw hammer to pry out the original burner. I ordered the new part which came quickly and it was super simple to drop it in place. Perfect! 

I looked up my model using the AppliancePartsPros.com Search facility. I navigated through the diagrams, identified the burner I needed, and found the part number. I then clicked on the part to add it to my cart and ordered it. The part arrived two days later and I removed the old one and replaced it with the new one. It was an easy fix. Thank you for making it so easy for me. My wife and I were very happy to have our range working properly again. 

I purchased this burner assembly and replace everything back to what it was supposed to be. 

Just set them on the tops of the burners..

Found parts here at 1/3 the cost from GE. 

Simply fix, just lifted out old burner and put in new. No tools needed.
