I did a Google search based on what the problem was and found the solution along with this website to order a new part. The part came super quick and I found the instructional video on how to replace the part extremally helpful. I would have never thought to take a picture of the position of the wires before I removed them. I didn't need to take a picture however, because I took one off the old part and put it on the new part until all the wires were on the new part. Replacement installation took less than 5 minutes. Total time for me was more like 20 minutes, that is, if you want to include watching the news, getting something to eat, and working on it during the commercials. Installation was super easy. No experience needed super easy. The connectors on the terminals were a little tough to get off being that they were tightly fitted. I remedied that by using needle-nose pliers to pull them off without squishing the connectors. I also didn't have a nut driver (thought I did), so I used a regular pliers to remove the screws on the back of the stove plate. Easy off easy on
