How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3861005 / WD22X10046 Center Wash Arm Assembly

A few of the holes of the old one were hopelessly clogged. Replaced with a new spray arm. 

I replaced both the bottom and mid-level spray arms 

Ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced top sprayer. 

I replaced the hub nut which stopped the growling 

After seeing videos on the website and how easy the repair would be. I ordered the fine filter and the lower, middle and upper wash arms. The repair took about 45 minutes to replace all of the parts. You will need to clean under the lower arm. The fine filter will probably have a lot of debris and gunk trapped. 

We replaced the Center Wash Arm and some Rollers for the lower dishrack. Easy fix ! 

It was very easy to do, a simple switch-out process. 

Attempted to clean by running vinegar solution multiple times. This did help but the spray arms were too clogged and had to be replaced. Followed several videos supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com website to take apart the dishwasher insides. This allowed me to access the bottom filter screen and clean out all the accumulated lime deposits and showed me how easily the parts could be replaced. Most of the time spent was doing a good cleaning of the lime deposits. Approximately 2 hours just cleaning. Took approximately 15 minutes to take the dishwasher apart and the same time to put it back together. It was easy to find the parts I needed from the website. 

Simple fix, order new parts and screw them on. 

I ordered parts, replaced them. The dishwasher draining and cleaning back to standard my wife can accept.
