Entered make and model number of freezer chest. Found two baskets available but not sure which was the better choice. Called customer service for advice. The woman that assisted me was pleasant and helpful. I ordered basket and it arrived within a few days. It was perfect in fact it was exactly like the one I was trying to match. Very pleased with customer service and product. Highly recommend this company.
