All elements affected so I suspected and ordered main board. Cutoff power, pulled unit up and tilted vertically. Replaced main board from bottom using new wiring harness, not really designed to be replaced that way, so extra care was needed to pull the connector halves through metal plate, made the connections and then carefully pushed back connectors without separating. Existing capacitive touch pad cable was plugged into circuit board. As always, made sure I was grounded to prevent static discharge and then connected earth ground to circuit board first. Removed old foam tape and cleaned edge with isopropyl alcohol. Applied new tape and reinstalled top then applied power.
